Hi everyone, hope ur all good just got a couple of questions hopefully I can get some feedback
1-im new to all this and I shop at vaporize shops as its the closest to me, are these reputable? I'm from Glasgow so any suggestions of other shops nearby would be fab
2-do I really need more than one device? And if I do should I buy a cheaper one as its a back up?
3-I vape MTL at 16-17W but I see alot of people talkng about like 60W etc, does it depend on the device?
And does the higher the wattage mean a bigger puff of vapour (if that makes sense lol)
Sorry to go on so much lol Thanks everyone

1. They have been around for ages and are reputable. Their range might be limited in comparison to other shops, though. Hopefully some members from your area will be able to advise you on the best shops in your area.

2. If you are vaping to keep off the cigarettes it makes sense to have a couple of setups in case one packs up - most of us have multiple setups as time goes on. As for choice, I think a lot of people choose something slightly better as their second setup, and keep their old one as a spare, but it all depends on budget.

3. Higher wattage requires a different kind of kit, and is vaped in a different way - direct to lung. This requires a higher powered device and a different tank which takes coils that require higher wattage and a larger mouthpiece (known as the drip-tip!), allowing you to inhale larger volumes directly into your lungs and to blow out larger clouds. This, in turn, is usually used with a low nicotine juice, as the volume of vape is much larger, would be harsh on the throat with higher nicotine content, and would give you a headache.

If this interests you, your second setup could be an adjustable mod (the battery part) that allows either low or higher wattage, and you could start off using a low wattage MTL tank on it (battery life would be excellent!) and could try DTL later with only a new tank (and juice!)

Hi
only think ive bought from vaporize is the fuse pen type which kept me going at my desk at work and works well with its dual 1.6ohm coil.
have a look here as there are over 200 stores in the scotland area https://ukvsl.000webhostapp.com/

do you need more than one devise. hmmm, i must have missed this question when i first gaveup over 4 years ago. 26 mods and 44 tanks and counting. more of a hobby now.

my average wattage is 50watts but go upto 80-90w on some. this is DTL direct to lung sub ohming and totally different to a mouth to lung set up. MTL low wattage with high nicotine.
DTL high wattage with low nicotine 3mg but some silly fools use 6mg but that would knacker my throat. with DTL you inhale directly into your lungs while MTL you inhale into mouth and then take down to lungs.
and yes, higher wattage is much bigger clouds but uses juice a lot faster. i average 40-45ml a day.

and no question is a silly question so dont be affraid to ask.

oh and bookmark this for future reference as it culd save you a lot of money POTV Vendors & Recommended E Liquid Suppliers

Wow thank you so much for ur reply and advice, my current vape has adjustable wattage between 14 and 19w,think this is to do with the coil so it doesn't burn out, thanks again

Hi Nicki

Also from Glasgow, can be a bit daunting at the start of vaping, I tend to buy online but there are a few good vape shops in Glasgow. Which area are you in Glasgow ?, if you are near a Prime Vapour store they are worth checking out. At your stage of vaping I would go with something that has a good reputation, Aspire kits, E Stick with Zenith tank etc and develop from there. Good luck.

You should be able to tell if the shop is reputable by how much they talk to you to discuss your needs and if you ask for a sony battery and they try to sell you everfest, that would be a bad indication.
You might like to have 2 devices, one to use while one is charging or incase one breaks.
The wattage varies by each persons preference. 16w is good for M2L, while 60w is more D2L. Personally I am vaping 120-140w right now, prob 120 since i changed to a smaller drip tip. But I like a fairly warm vape.
