yup, happened to me too I was 'what the fuck it going in here' for a while.

I've cranked it up now, but I did consider using thread lock... but it's a bit close to the liquid and I wasn't sure if thread lock was healthy thing to have basically inside your tank.

I wouldn't use it, not sure I have a 3mm socket, but a pair of long nosed pliers should do the job.

There's a nut holding the chimney to the top, from the factory it's not done up tight enough. Mine's been fine since I tightened it.

I thought the nut was fixed in at first... it's no biggy... keep threads on deck n chimney clean, don't over tighten, n keep n eye on the nut.
