Hey mate, a little bit sparse on brown colours. The one on the 12th was a custom mixed colour, I think I may have a little left on that blank though if that suits?

No problem on the shape, whatever shape you like! Feel free to show me a picture!

I'd be after something like the pics below. That comes in at 19mm protruding plus 5/6mm insert. Ideally I'd like it a tiny bit shorter, about 15/16mm.

After a pretty narrow bore if poss. Can the bore be tapered? If so, I'm thinking 4mm or so at the bottom, tapering to 2mm at the top. But if it's impossible, or a massive PITA, don't worry about it!

Hey mate, no probs on the height of the tip or the fitting!

The bore, I can’t do a internal taper 4-2mm but I can do a straight bore in anything from 0-4mm [emoji16]

Just finished up a little billet box 510 tip for a customer today, a bit of a special request colour matching going on with this one.

Customer asked for it to match a custom painted joker billet box.

Here is the mod.

So we had to go for a custom mix.

On to the lathe today, 8mm tall this one.

And here is the result.

Washed up, bagged up ready to ship and done.

I can match most colours! If anyone needs a custom match done, just shout. I only charge £1 more on top of the base price for this service.

Wondering if you'd be able to do a tip in the style of the Nautilus 2s steel one? Think they're about 30mm long though. It's for the missus, she's very fussy.
