Just wanted to let you know we are still open online and orders are being processed as normal but delivery times may take longer than usual due to increased demand.

Demand has surged recently and we are doing the best we can to keep stock levels high, with new ingredients being received into the warehouse consistently. If flavours go out of stock, they should be back in stock within a few days once fresh batches are made. Quality takes time, and this is especially true for our tobacco flavours which are steeped and triple filtered.
As a safety precaution, we are taking steps to prevent the spread of COVID-19 by following the health authorities and the World Health Organization guidelines. Staff members who can work from home are doing so, whereas those who have to come into the lab are doing so in shifts to reduce staff contact.
Once again, our staff and customers health is at the forefront of our minds. We urge you to follow the Government guidelines on social distancing and self-isolation if necessary.
