I bought a pack of needle files, opened them to check they were all present and then shoved them in a drawer. When I came to use them, they are more fucking fragile than egg yolks as 2 have snapped without ever being removed from the pack.

noted only got them for when i attempt to make a square for the screen which will go badly, these ones seem ok were only a fiver from maplins.

Mine were a couple of quid, all the way from China so not that bothered they're so fragile as I rarely need use them. The old adage of measure twice, cut once saves to much hassle.

16mm switch was probably not a good idea for me as not allot of wiggle room but happy with that, leaving screen one till tomorrow as not looking forward to that for some reason.

thanks getting there going better than thought it would, cannot make my mind up if I should just go 16mm round for screen as only have a drill or drill it smaller and try and square it up with needle files, ponder.
