Hi All,

New to the forum and to vaping in general. Wow, so wish I had seen this site a couple of days ago!

I decided after using an e-cig for a few days that I wanted to seriously try vaping as an alternative to smoking cigarettes. Long story short - my e-cig conked out and so I set about trying to find an alternative kit to use. I was a bit overwhelmed at the choice and after a bit of googling came up with jacvapour site and chose a couple of kits from there.

I went for Vgo2 900 starter kit for vaping at home/general - and then the V1P PCC Kit for vaping out and about (out with friends, at work etc - where I wanted to be a little more discreet).

I'm a total novice - however I'm worried I've made an error in chosing these kits.

Any thoughts or opinions on these? Are they any good? And what else is out there that I should look at are that people with a little more experience would recommend?

Any insights highly appreciated :)

Lots of people recommend these, and no mistake made :)

Each to their own, and choice of kit is very subjective, but personally if it keeps you off the stinkies, then mission is accomplished :)

Oh, and welcome to the Planet Lemons. Glad you could make it here :)

I have used jacvapour kits in the past and they're decent .. Anything that works. Welcome to the forum :)

Phew! thanks... and thanks for the "welcome" I'd been browsing the forum for a while and it occured to me that I hadn't seen much mention of jacvapour so it got me a little worried they were a bit naff.

One thing you might be able to help me with. I've seen "ego-style" mentioned a few times when it comes to kit styles - what exactly is the definition of an "ego style" e-cig?

you picked pretty good kits in my opinion. i have the v1p kit which I still use, it's perfect for out and about and the vgo one will be great for home and if you need a bit more.
You can't really go wrong with jacvapour for starter kits. 100% not made a mistake

Welcome Lemons,

We all make mistakes with kit, rebuilds, juices etc. (Just some of us don't tell of the silly one's) but you have made no mistake you simply question choices made so far, it is a lot to take in when so much is available but will all fall into place quite easily I'm sure.
Vaping is a learning curve with us all and sharing knowledge, indispensable in helping us decide, fewer mistakes.

The main thing is you are now aboard so again welcome,Trial and error & personal taste is inevitable.
