All mine to go into a cup of water and then had towel to dry last step baby wipe.

Use a little milton fluid in water, leave them to soak overnight. If you rub them on your T-shirt you wont die or anything but you will end up looking like Carlos's profile pic, which is punishment enough...

I must admit-I've never thought about disinfecting the mouthpiece

A quick rinse under a tap is all mine gets-when I think about it! It's only used by me so don't mind sharing my own germs-I'm kinda weird like that!

just a wipe with a cotton bud and a wash out once a week buddy

I'm on the hot water and kitchen roll method!! Never thought of disinfecting.........now I feel dirty.....bad times :-(
