DiY Mixing by weight - Do I have need anything else?

Hello all,

Been vaping for going on 5 years now and have decided to head into the world of DiY mixing (explained in my intro post)

Im currently mixing from a DiY kit I grabbed from The Alchemist Cupboard but I want to start mixing via weight and not volume.

Im going to get myself a little kit together (see below) -

Is there anything I'm missing or something I've added thats not really needed?

Is there something in the list that I can get cheaper elsewhere?

So thats what I've got on the list so far. Am I good to go or?

EDIT: I will be getting concentrates but this post is more towards the other stuff.

Looks good. Only thing missing is concentrates. I would leave out the pipettes and just put the nic in a unicorn bottle.

Thanks mate - yeah defo will get concentrates but I was just making sure I had all the bases/basics covered.

I was probably going to put the Nic into one of those sauce bottles I liked above.

The Pipettes were going to be for the concentrates purposes.. is this not needed then?

Most come in unicorn bottles. I just drip them straight from the bottle.

The ones in your list measure to .1 most people recommend scales that measure to .01 imo it makes little difference unless making batches of 5ml or less.

I'm just curious as to why you've chosen to use weight. I've been DIY mixing for quite some time and I haven't come across this before.

I came across this video https://www.liquidbarn.com/pages/mixing-eliquid-by-weight - skip into 5:30 and this guy just whipped up 60ml of liquid in 5 minutes with no mess or clean up required.

Plus looks less tedious then using syringes. imo

Nah can't see myself making batches of 5ml or less but would like to be as accurate was possible when mixing juice by weight so if it means spend a few extra bob to get there right thing then guess I'll have too.

Funny you link me to those scales as I was just about to put them in my basket. Do they have a auto turn off feature? Does that not mess with the mix?

Mixing by weight is the way to go, so much easier
