Does a menthol vape help with a cold?

Its eucalyptus which opens up your sinuses, and its very unlikely this substance is in vape liquids, therefore vaping will not help

Not 100% on this but I would hazard a guess that there is zero eucalyptus in the concentrate... Something that replicates the flavour and smell but not eucalyptus.

As with every other flavouring, it is just that.

I would stick to vicks (although I wouldn't vape it!!). Personally find it hard to believe that any flavouring offers any benefits.

Why's that mate?

Genuinely interested.

I make menthol concentrate from crystals from a chemists so why would eucalyptus concentrate have 0 eucalyptus in it?

Genuine question as I use it but you seem to know more about how it all works

Like I said I'm 100% as I no expert and zero research has go into my post [emoji2], just find it hard to believe.

Of all the flavourings sold for vape the only ones I can think of that are directly taken from their source flavour is NET tobaccos. Everything else is replicated. Just don't see eucalyptus being any different.

If I'm wrong I may need to get into some more fruit flavours and start hitting my 5 a day [emoji2]

CBD is good for me lol. But if you think about it, when you steam Eucalyptus, it's a form of vaping.

What about the menthol crystals a lot of us use?

I'm no expert either but I doubt all flavours are replicated.

Lots of juices I have seen say natural and artificial flavours.

Interesting subject
