Does a menthol vape help with a cold?

All I know is when I vape menthol flavours my nose starts running and loosens up my chest so it must do something for me. I’m just starting to come down with a cold and found this thread so it’s been bumped again sorry. I have that Inawera Eucalyptus And Mint flavour so I think I should mix some up ASAP.

I have some Eucalyptus concentrate, and I do find mixing some of that in with whatever juice I am using helps my nose, and breathing when I have a cold. I suppose it's the same effect as when you have those Eucalyptus cough sweets.

I agree with you mate,it’s also a bit like the vapour from Vic’s that we rub on our chests etc and breathe it in.
