I’d be contacting wherever you bought it from mate. I’ve had one for a few months and never had an issue with it all. There are others on the forum pleased with them too so sounds like you might have a dud.

DotMod stuff is covered by a lifetime guarantee I believe so shouldn’t be too hard to get sorted.

I had the same problem with mine, but it's an easy fix if yours has the same issue mine did, on mine the pin inside the 510 on the mod was sticking down, causing it not to make good connect with the bf pin on the rda, all you have to do is take the bottle out and push the part up where the bottle slides onto coz it will be stuck down, to check the rda is making good connect, take the door off the mod and when you screw the rda onto the mod make sure you can see the part where the bottle goes moving down, this means the pin in the mod and the pin in the rda and touching eachother properly, if this doesn't help then do as said above and contact the vendor you purchased the mod from...
