Dovpo, a nightmare for spares

For about a fortnight I have been making enquiries of every vendor on my list and a few Chinese vendors too trying to get hold of spares for my pump squonker. The answer is always the same, there are no spares available.
On the Dovpo site spares are listed but there is no way to make a purchase, not just for my equipment, but for any of their products.
Admittedly the pumper was not a purchase but I do have other Dovpo equipment but I for one will not be making any further purchases from Dovpo until the spares and replacements situation improves.
 
You’re not alone. The support structure was excellent, it’s now non existent. I won’t be buying their products, and I told them directly in their last public questionnaire.
 
I`ve never come across one of their public questionnaires but if I ever do, I will do exactly as you did.
 
I know he doesn't frequent POTV much anymore but have you tried asking Andy (@dovpo_uk), or is he in the same boat regarding spares?
 
Dovpo closed down worldwide service, and their retail website (you can no longer order directly from Dovpo.com) at the start of this month.

I wonder what prompted that? New management or something?

Warranty:

Hello Dovpo UK Community.

To aid in customer service within the UK outlined below is how the warranty process works for UK customers.

The warranty period of DOVPO products is 6 months. (Accessories are not included)

1. For products that are purchased from DOVPO official online shop, you need to provide the order number, videos or photos showing the product defects to our customer service team: [email protected] If it's confirmed that the defect is NOT caused by the customer, you'll get a free replacement product (or a new part to fix the issue according to the specific case);


2. For products that purchased from other vape stores, we recommend you seek help where you bought the product. As per you consumer rights (Gov.UK Consumer Rights)

We also at his point ask our retailers to contact us to see if we can assist in managing a customer warranty claim

If the store is unable to provide any assistance or after-sales service, you can turn to us for help.

This requires providing the product's security code which can be found on the packaging, and a photo or a video showing the defects of the product to our customer service team based in the UK [email protected] OR [email protected] located at Head Office.

Due to counterfeits, we can only verify warranty claims that have Proof of Purchase.

Once the warranty claim has been validated and the fault/damage is proven not to be user error or other human factors then you will be offered a replacement device.

The customer must send the faulty device to the Dovpo UK Service Centre (based UK Mainland) to be inspected and verify the fault upon which a replacement will be sent.

(Depending on stock levels Dovpo reserve the right to send a replacement form the main Shop located in China)

Customers who make a warranty claim and post the product to the UK Service Centre will be given a 15% coupon code for www.dovpo.com direct purchases. This is to say thank you and to cover any postage costs you might have incurred. As per the Dovpo UK Recycling Scheme Dovpo UK Recycling Scheme . Were the faulty product will be stripped for parts to help the Dovpo Community or Recycled responsibly.

@andipandi that's out of date, which doesn’t surprise me with Dovpo. There is no UK Service, so back to retailer or hope that Dovpo reply to emails.
