I think that's what they meant by 'late to the party' - not that the fight was over, but that many members have been fighting the good fight for some time, are currently licking their wounds and might not, quite, match your level of enthusiasm right now .........

You've brought up something thats been debated to within an inch of peoples sanity - namely "E-cigs", the best we can say is that the title will stick simply because it's short and easy to remember just like "Horseless carriages" didn't stick and the correct term (or at least one of them) Motor Carriage, eventually ended up using the short form of the correct name and became "Car". Electronic cigarettes will perenially be known as E-cigs because it's shorter and actually accurate - personal vaporisers are a product designed to produce vapour from dry herbs or tobacco and are distinct and seperate from Electronic cigarettes which heat a liquid into a vapour.

As for the TPD thing, some of us have been campaigning on the subject since the TPD was proposed to include E-cigs so you are indeed late to the party and yet another thread starting from the beginning would be a waste of your time, please do take the time to search throught the threads on the TPD, the various protests and campaigns and our thoughts, feelings and hopes for Lord Callanan's Fatal motion...

I'm afraid I don't see where you get that from, You've been informed that your post was outdated thats all, many others have had the same thing pointed out to them on different subjects and didn't flounce around squeaking "Bullies", they looked up the information we'd given them then either took quiet note of it or made meaningful and sensible contributions to the debate on the threads that were already running...
