While that article is just a hit piece, dressing up 'studies' to spin a negative slant. (expect lots more very poor 'journalism' like this while the FDA and the EU are trying to push through their regulations on vaping)
Fundamentally e-cigs aren't harmless.
Neither is drinking water, crossing the road, driving to work, jogging, skydiving, climbing the stairs, eating vegetables, going on safari or playing the trombone.
