Old thread but a common problem so I'll add my 2p.
I had the same problem with most juices because years of smoking, spicy food and alcohol have knackered my sense of taste.
First thing's first.. if you can't taste Digby's Dr Jekyll you are probably dead. Seriously strong aniseed flavour. I've found all their juices very flavoursome but that one is mental. Ruthless's fruity juices are a good bet too. Obviously a strong flavour is no good of you don't like the flavour but can't fault either brand on being bland.
Kit is important. Do some research. Get something popular if you are not sure as it's probably popular for a reason. Keep it clean.
The most important bit of kit here is your mouth (and nose). Drinking water helps keep you hydrated (vaping removes moisture from the mouth and nose) and helps clean your palette. If you have allergies or a cold use your meds and a decongestant as required. Even just blowing your nose before gaping can make a difference. Taking a few hits of a 'cold' juice with mint or similar can do wonders for rebooting tastebuds (I find snakeoil great for this).
I still struggle to taste at the level some juice reviews make me want to but all these hints have helped me a lot.
Also be wary of "flavour fatigue" or "vaper's tounge". Using the same juice for too long may desensitise you to it so rotate through different flavours.
Matching juices to drinks is a question of experience.. once you find find enough wildly different juices you like you'll know which ones go with coffee, tea, beer , wine or whatever.
