A Vivi Nova will work with any standard 510 connection battery/ mod, as for the Lava Tube issue, check to see if you've got an old Vivi Nova with the air hole at the top of the thread (510 connector thread), the newer versions have an airhole in the base cap, which solves this problem.
As for the Vivi not working on the eGo-T, check that your centre pin (positive connection) has not been pushed down, by another atomiser.
Have a look to try and solve this, if it is indeed this problem
