Even if I don't end up getting the mod I'm definitely buying the rda vc rda's are worth the extra price on my experience.

Todd's review came out this morning. In summary, he says its good, but he doesn't like the aesthetics.

I'm having a hard time seeing any justification for the price tag. According to Todd it's machined from an aluminium billet, but it doesn't look like it to me, made from aluminium yes, but so is my sub £50 HCigar Aurora 21700 squonk mod... Evolution Vape are asking £115 for it which is taking the piss.

Yeah seems a little expensive to me, I was thinking it would be around the £80-£90 mark. I guess they've looked at the RRP of devices like the DotSquonk and just decided to match it. I think if it looked a little more elegant it would better justify the price tag, sure they'll be on sale at a more reasonable price at some point though.

Looking at the pics of it broken down, yes the body shell prolly is milled from one piece. I think I was looking at the slidey door side and insert panels which gave the appearance of generic pressed/moulded/whatever stuff.

I'm sure you do know a fair bit more about it than me, but so does my cat.

Might be a bit of a controversial opinion but I don't think it's outrageously priced. More than I'm willing to spend at the moment, sure, but I'm sure they'll sell out fairly quick. The Stubby was priced a bit more than this, and they've had no problem shifting those.
