If there was a conspiracy there would be motive.

I never said I thought it was a conspiracy. I just don't see the reporting as balanced or even accurate. I don't see much other than clickbaity headlines and interestingly worded articles.

It's being investigated, I don't see any reason to continue that trial either.

but the quote below, from the article @Rickster linked, and the mhra considering to suspend it’s use for people under 30, strongly suggest a link, surely? or at least they strongly suggest the the experts strongly suspect a link?

No I don't agree, I could be wrong but I think the consequences of that will be clear to see across many countries sadly. Cases and deaths are rising across Europe.

Even if the link is proven I still think the risk is negligible, less risk than most other vaccines, drugs, operations.

Thats what the euro med association guy said - the rest of the article is in response to that

It's surprising on here the amount of people thinking there is a AZ vaccine conspiracy............ but dismiss the flat earthers as nutters

To be clear

i dont think there is a conspiracy

i do think initially certain EU members did attempt to use it politically - in fact not think - they did.

i think this clotting issue is a separate thing now, tho i did wonder when it first came out, largely because of behaviour of those EU members around the vaccine distribution.


i also think the risks are infinitesimal comparative to the virus its combatting.
