Welcome to the Planet - shove the drama Llama out of the way and pick up some popcorn - I think this thread may run for a while yet...
Doesn't wash. Just realised he isn't as smart as he thinks he is and being true to form he blames booze for racist comments - funny I get drunk and never made one.
Honestly guys, I give up, I've apologised and done everything I can, I expected the majority of you to be more mature than this, if this is what someone gets after they come clean and apologise then it's pretty sad, I've said everything I have to say. Night all

What do you think the best option is a: email everyone who has ordered an i4 Charger, b: plaster a notice on the website for a recall which will deter new customers but also won't be seen by any one time purchasers who doesn't re visit the site frequently?
NDB is VAT registered - but he's on the flat rate scheme which allows him to only pay 6% of his total turnover. This is how he keeps his competitive edge - But you have to opt out at £230,000 turnover by law. This is where he wouldn't be competitive anymore, as he'd now have to pay full VAT.
You can't start a new business to reset your turnover, this is tax evasion. He's done this with 2 companies now, and looks like he's planning his third. So forget the 80k - think more £460,000.
EDIT - HMRC will be able to track this - if he used his own name for this new company, but he hasn't. He's used someone else's, and is funnelling the sales through the NDB website. You could potentially get away with this forever, unless reported and investigated.
I think many of us in this industry knew all along this was going on - how someone, with next to no buying power - can compete with companies with buying power - and for this long.
Why not push wholesale with prices like that - NDB has never really pushed wholesale at all. Why? Because it's wasted turnover - why make less on your road to 230k?
We decided not to get involved, and focus on ourselves rather than him - everything catches up to you eventually, there are no short cuts. Whilst you may be able to run for so long and live the good life (nice new car BTW Josh) eventually everything catches up to you.

This. All of this.
While the rest of us work long days and suffer sleepless nights trying to offer the best products and by the book, others skirt the law to make a few extra pence, all the while damaging the industry through malpractice, negligence and being abusive to anyone who disagrees.
I dont know what more we can do.
In the absence of NDB initiating a full and comprehensive recall of the chargers, this morning i've sent a mailshot to around 2000 vape related businesses across the UK, clients and non clients (including a link to this thread) asking them to just check their stock and be mindful of any new stock they have coming in.
