Fake Charger

So we have

Jbm distribution ltd
Juice monkey Ltd,
Tech by post ltd,
MT Partners Ltd.
Is that about right or are there any others.

Thanks bud. I wondered of that's still active. So I assume products and profits are spread between these to keep under the vat threshold. Tut tut.
Battery Wizard isnt active.

Josh was appointed as a Director of Battery Wizard on 25 November 2016. The previous director was delisted on the same day. There was a Dissolution Application made for Strike off from Companies House (this would have been filed by themselves) on 21st March 2017. The application was suspended on 18th May, and the company them struck off on 29th August 2017.

This makes sense, as you can't personally apply for the flat rate scheme more than once. So Battery Wizard applied in the previous directors name, and handed over the josh, Company 1 flat rate done. Josh then started his own company and applied (technically for the first time) company 2 flat rate done. Josh then needed a 3rd person to apply for the 3rd time - MTN partnership with someone elses name. Company 3 flat rate done.

Edit - Shouldn't be getting involved - I'll stop now :23:

Edit - Actually, bollocks to it. - If Josh 'magically' becomes the director of this new company - then I've sussed him. He's using other people to apply for flat rate, and then taking over the company.

I've finally reached the end, for now lol, I've posted in the two local FB groups I'm in linking here and about to go link TVP's video on those posts too

This is absolutely insane, selling fakes to begin with and knowingly, in my opinion. Potentially replacing fakes with more fakes (Equally as abhorrent as it is hilarious if true) manipulating independent reviews/feedback via blackmail and abuse of the report system, censorship of his own business' public platforms and on top of all of that the makings of a tax evasion case rivaling that of Jimmy fucking Carr... It's just a shame Josh isn't funny on purpose like Jimmy is

I'm half tempted to put an order in purely to see what lands, £20 isn't a big deal to me in the grand scheme of things and I know folk that work in my local Trading Standards office too so if a fake came my way they'd be aware of it rather quickly.

If anyone from Trading Standards or HMRC find even this thread Josh's days are numbered.
