Fake Charger

another piece of damning evidence there from @The Vaping Postman and fair play for your continued support of this problem. I think as we are at 94 pages this should be taken to a body that can take the appropriate action, by the looks of things they wont be short of evidence and can hopefully ensure this prick cant play his part in any potential tragedy with his fuck you style of business

Not sure how much they would be interested in getting involved as Next Day Batteries (and all other incarnations) just sell batteries, they are not a vaping specific business.
Yes but they are targeting Vaping consumers, so maybe they would be interested as he could have sold these to some of their members??

This bloke is definitely due a visit to stand in front of a judge....

To report counterfeit sales anonymously you can call the Action Fraud centre on 03001232040 Mon to Fri 9am to 6pm.
www.actionfraud.police.uk
Online there is an option to report Fraud by providing information even if you are not directly the victim.
Once the info has been sent it will be passed to the police.

I'm with @Sp3ckyh0td0g81 on this.

The longer this goes on, the worse it appears to be getting. We are beyond flogging a few fake chargers now, we are potentially into crimes that could see Josh in serious trouble. Of course this trouble is of his own making so I have 0 sympathy there.

When, as a community, do we say enough and pass this onto HMRC for them to look at it and make decisions. That may have already happened of course, and I'd applaud whoever may have, but it also may not have.

Where is the line? When his charger kills someone? I don't think I'd could have that on my conscience if reporting this will stop his sales.

As I said yesterday I will always state my intention and I did send a report to trust pilot yesterday as in general they are well regarded and sending people needing safe battery equipment to next day batteries is completely inappropriate.
People's other business is there own but if I do not see a recall warning on that site I may think differently. The soft underbelly of next day batteries is in plain sight for anyone who is unhappy with his service. Foolish.

I've just checked my emails and although they will not divulge private information they can confirm next day batteries are under immediate investigation.

I agree 100%, there are a hell of a lot of people involved in this one way or another and as you say, in some regards a lot of us will end up carrying the mental burden if the worst were to happen. Hopefully there will be folk who have gotten in touch with Trading Standards, I seem to recall someone in this thread saying they'd been in touch with Citizens Advice who forward reports to Trading Standards, so potentially the ball is rolling already
