My China Post order took 8 days as well. Shipped on June 6th arrived June 14th.
2 orders with Swiss post shipped the same day, one arrived in the UK today (17th), one still says it hasn't made it into the air yet!
2 orders (1 shipped on 6th 1 on 7th) via Singapore Post got into the air on the 13th and got nothing else updated on the tracking as yet.
China Post certainly seems to be a winner.

one via ChinaPost shipped 21/06 dispatched to UK 25/06 has been at Heathrow WDC since 30/06.
one via ChinaPost shipped 24/06 dispatched to UK 28/06 arrived 01/07.
