Dispatched to overseas doesn't necessarily mean it's en route, just that it's been sent onwards (presumably) to a packing centre in the airport. It can sit at this stage for a couple of weeks.
If you use a tracking site like www.17track.net it will log the exact time it arrives in Heathrow. They usually take a couple more days from this point
