i am awaiting an order from 16th March (despatch date, you know its lost)

Unless its batteries, they take ages. I've waited 4-6 weeks before.

I had some batteries come pretty quick, sent Swedish Post, I think they took about 8 days.

Yeah, I fail to understand why this bothers people so much. Surely everyone knows the deal by now?

What you don't spend in money, you pay for with time. I don't even bother tracking Chinese orders, they show up eventually.

For me, it's not so much the delivery timescale, it's the unpredictability and the unreliability of them, where orders are shown as "in stock" but turn out not to be.

But don't they have in stock and ships next day two different things. From my understanding is ships next day means they have there hands on it. In stock means at there suppliers and it's gives you a ship date. I've just ordered kf mini v3, avocado clone,wire and wicks. The clone said ships in 4 days other 3 was next day and true to it shipped the day they said. I don't understand why people like this order forget when it comes it's like Christmas

Yep, that's absolutely correct but both of mine were "ships next day". My bad in writing "in stock" above. To be honest, I trailed through tons of kit on there, only looking for stuff that "ships next day", and ordered 3 items that supposedly would. It is a fair point that they're cheap, and that we all know delivery can take ages, I just think that what's not on, is the status of items changing, after you've ordered. And just some general reliability issues; eg. on my second order, I chose "China Post" for the postal option, but it got send Singapore post (who are currently the slowest).

I frequently order from FT and am going to stick up for them here. Everytime something has gone bad like a faulty ego style batt after 2 months or bad threading on an rta and even a broken light bulb on arrival they have sorted me out without a problem.

Shipping I only use China Post and will get the package no later than 13 days but very frequently 6 to 8 days which is fine.

I had a few bad experiences with Online shops from the UK from flat out thievery, lying or just very unprofessional service and when I pay uk prices I would like to get UK service. I am not saying all but that has been my experience with 3 well known vendors and put a sour taste in my mouth. FT never gave me those problems so they are okay in my book.

I placed an order for 2 items last week first time i checked tracking it said info received for my order now it is saying invalid tracking number which is Singpost. Bloody Singpost is always the shipping way that loses orders only ever had one other never turn up and that was a Sweden post. It may still turn up though
