ive asked them several times to make the stated enquiries as per there toc's and provide proof of such and that they can issue me a gift certificate. The dripper and igo w i ordered on 8th november actually arrived about a week ago so its clear my original order from oct 3rd is lost yet the bastards are refusing to do anything about it. thieving robbers. PP dispute wont do anything as it contained e liquid and case has been closed by them so essentially FT have pocketed my money and arent going to do anything.
