Has anyone ever raised a non delivery dispute with FT ???? and if so how long should i wait be doing so???

id say 21 days...where was it last via tracking?

Mine was the same... have you tried using http://www.trackitonline.org/ I got better updates via their site than the singapore post one.

that site says mcuh the same as the singapore one .... will wait till friday and if it hasn't turned up by then i think i'll open a case

I ordered stuff that was despatched by FT on 3 September (it wasn't e-cig related) got delivered this morning and tracking still just shows 'despatched'. However other packages ordered later have been at Heathrow for 3 days now???

2 orders, (one split due to stock issues, so 3 orders now)
first shipped (part 1)August 29th - arrived sat 14th sept
second shipped (part 2) August 31st - Still no parcel, not showing in UK on any tracking site yet!
Third shipped Sept 2nd - Arrived Today! (Sept 23rd)
So will give it til end of week before doing anything, So FT parcels play leapfrog now aswell lol

Errr guess what turned up this morning? My missing parcel!! Postie knocked on door, handed me a royal mail sealed bag saying the item was damaged before entering UK. I opened it while he waited, the fasttech bag was wet through but the mod was fine no damage at all so I happily signed and off he went. The parcel still hasn't been marked as "In UK" yet? So another Fasttech/Royal Mail mystery lol
