a very good sunday morning to all you folks out there

managed to eventually follow through ( now now ) with a New Years Resolution & kick the Filthy Fags after 25 years of smoking , not even finding it diificult, infact i would go as far to say the smell of cigs makes me puke now;))

..Yeeeeeeeeees!!

been on these throw away E-cigs bought from the corner shop on the 2nd january and have not touched a Cigarette since , although these have obviously helped in kicking the filthy Fags immensely i am now at the stage i wanted something better ( after trying a MOD from a guy at a party one evening , i don't know what the MOD was or the tank or coils or anything like that but what i can say is i had to get of these throwaway things & make the switch , im not saying the pnes are bad ( they helped me stop ) but the item he was using blows these things away ( no pun ) ;))
there was no harsh dry taste and had enough throat hit to satisfy this 20 day B&H smoker
the flavour was incredible , the plumes of smoke incredible , the smoothness incredible ;))
fair to say that after trying i find these throw away things from the corner shop are severely lacking in my opinion & ive now ordered the following:

1 x Vamo V5
1 x iclear 30 tank
1 x Aspire Nautilus BDC ( adjustable air flow )
5 pack of 1.6 ohm coil heads
2 x 18350 batteries
1 x 18650 battery
and charger unit for above batteries

cannot wait to get these tuesday hopefully

question is , does anyone use this setup ?

will this give me what im looking for ?

thanks guys & good luck with your quest to Quit !!

I think you are going to be very happy with your new toys. They're a whole world away from disposables!

Have you remembered to order e liquid?

Sounds like good gear you ordered, just take the time out to understand it as much as you can & check out any battery safety threads on this forum. Take care & enjoy.

simon / vaporise , thanks for the replys guys , much appreciated ;))

Simon, yes i have many E-liquids in stock anyway that i use on the throw aways, part of the reason i made the jump was flavour & harshness
i couldn't help thining i wasn't get what i should from the throw aways , some were even horrible tasting or more like no taste at all , this was after reading positive reviews on them, i have some from Ezse-quit , grizzwalds gourmet liquids & triphammer , i noticed when i swapped between batteries & also clearomiser the flavours would change , some made it taste of nothing but chemically others would reveal a little flavour but nothing like the one the guy ket me try on his mod ....not even close !!........are these e-liquids im using crap? do u recommend any supplier of beter ones? much appreicated bud

vaporizer, it's a whole new world to me mate, so many different setups & what not , it is a little daunting to be honest, ive not even looked into building wicks . coils etc , do u recommend this going forward? can rebuild my own for the tanks i have? oh and by the way what is a dripper exactly ? can i use it on my Vamo V5? i caught someone on youtube dripping liquid directly onto something ( presuming its a dripper ) he said the flavour was even better again

manty thanks you 2 ;)

Welcome to POTV Billzee Nice choice in kit and well done on kicking the b&h stinky habit. I see you have 3 battery's and charger but no plastic storage box's for the battery's in your list hopefully the vendor will send them in some if not I would suggest you get some they are only a £1 max and will protect your battery's when not in your mod.

Hello and welcome to the Planet Billzee.

It can all seem so confusing at first, but you've got some good basic kit an the way and the Grizzwalds Gourmet and Triphammer liquids should get you going!

When you get your delivery, wash out the tanks to ensure all manufacturing stuff is removed, whilst charging the batteries! Get one of the tanks filled and switch your vamo onto the watts setting, hold down both the small buttons for a couple of seconds. Try vaping. Increase the wattage one notch, try vaping again and repeat until you find the vape turning harsh. At this point, dial the wattage back down to the setting before it started tasting harse and leave it there. You should be good to go.

You can then start looking at drippers and recoiling, but to start with, just play around to get the best of what you've bought and enjoy it!

Welcome to the planet. I got a vamo v2 last year which is still going strong. :)

thanks outlaw, never even considered storage for batteries bud, where do you get these storage box's ? maplins do them?

oh can u guesstimate for me how long to charge the batteries , just roughly :)

and how long will they last , will i be able to puff all day on a single battery?

thanks so much Blossom , your reply was a great help, i was a little confused over the wattage / voltage / resistance ohms thing , still am tbh ;)

so the wattage is all i need to adjust for now ?

does the voltage not come into play?

oh and what is the whole ting about the VG/PG mix? what does what ?

man this is so confusing ;)

thanks again Blossom

the vendor that sold you the battery's should do them I get mine from cloud9vaping as for how long to charge the battery's the charger should have a indicator on it. I can get a day from a 18650 on my vamo it depends on what the battery is and how much you vape I would get a couple more iclear 30's before getting a dripper get used to your vamo and settings and read up on coils ect watch some reviews :) it's all good fun but you can't beat researching. A safe vaper is a happy vaper :)
