First Capella mix

Hi guys. I'm doing my first mix (other than signature concentrates) with Capella. I'd like to make a nice strawberry and cream. I've got ripe strawberry and sweet cream. What %'s would you suggest to get a nice balance? Also I've got a mango & New York cheesecake concentrates, what % would you suggest for those? I want to do those separately.

Hi mate, when I mix capella strawberries and cream I go with 20 % sweet strawberry and use 1 %dulce and let it steep for 1 week..hope this helps
