@Mawsley tried the soaking method but no joy.. not to worry

I tested one and tried to new wick and coil on other one @ado28 tinfoil trick worked a treat also I used a toothpick for the coil winding

Did a 6 wind and 2.1ohms reading on the Vamo so it works just fine

I never had a thick gauge needle so toothpick just under 2mm so jobs a good n
