First ni200 build I need help!

Hmm, not sure exactly how the Xcube does it's thing with the app, I hated mine pretty much never used it and gave it away as a raffle prize! but it sounds like it's not locking the resistance in correctly or theres some kind of short / loose connection. Try turning the bluetooth off so that it disconnects from the app - then lock the resistance in, in theory once it's locked in at the right resistance you should get a decent vape. as you say the build works OK in the IPV so you got the build nailed - it's more a problem with the Vagaries of the Xcube...
