First RDA build, need some help.

Hi Apes,

So I got a fishbone RDA clone in the post today and built duel coils into it. Registering at 0.26-0.28 ohms, on an IPV D2 with a Samsung 25R 2500 battery in it.

I put about 5 drops on the cotton and gave it a blast at 50w/3.74v and it seemed fine, took 3 puffs which where ok and went for a 4th and it doesnt seem to be heating the coils so no vapor produced at all.

Triple checked that the coils where ok and not touching the deck. Have i done something wrong or should I change anything? Just dont want to do anything that cause damage before asking.

Have you measured resistance again?
Coil may have burnt out.

Lowered to 40w, 0.28ohm now, seems to be working ok now. Hmmm

Double check the screws are in snuggly, sounds like a weak connection to me.

Also make sure the 510 is clean.

As hazard93 said I think it's likely to be loose screws in your posts. I have this RDA myself and currently running a dual coil nfe30 build for TC.
Usually once you have dry fired your coils you can find they become loose on the posts.
