First Squonker?

Been dripping for a few months, and really like the idea of a squonk box.
Budget is around £250 probably regulated just for safety, my builds are a little hit n miss.
Practice dosn't make perfect.
Any and all advice appreciated.
I also noticed a lot of squonkers trade on FB might have to join that.

It more about safety than need. I have a flawless mech clone i dont use, cos i get worried about blowing my hand off.
As for chipset and material, durable would probably be the key word. I'm fairly clumsy .
I've spent the last few weeks drooling over so many shiny things, and just like Gollum, i want one.

Michelle s e8nano in classies is well worth a look then bud, if ur clumsy id avoid woods and look at delrin/metal -google the quadra slim by gille, neon by mookoo and have a mooch at svapiamo.com's 3d stuff.
