Ft stingray shite

So postie delivers my stingray and a private V2 from fasttech. The private V2 is ok, but the first three 510 threads on the stingray top cap are missing. Looks like they have been stripped in the machining process. So my atties are only screwed on 1 to 2 threads, and I have to be dead careful not to cross thread it when screwing atties on. I don't suppose anyone knows where I can get a top from?

Lol. I've had a look on FT to see if they do spares for the stingray. Just about to do another order (some drippers and stuff), but can't any spares for the stingray.

i had this with a mod at FT i cant remember the exact mod now, but i do know that i took some pics of the problem raised a ticket with them and included the pics, and after the normal wait to be answered, reply,wait to be answered they said they would included a new part with my next order so when i placed my next order i sent a ticket with the order number on to the support team, when my order arrived they had put another complete mod in so it's more than worth a try

Just done another order, and they are sending me a replacement top cap with my order.

I find if you are polite with them when something like this happens(and it does with all suppliers at some point,they are human) they do sort it out. It has happened to me twice and both times I have come out winning, being so far away it just takes time to sort
