good luck and well done!! ive been stink free for 7 days, after only 24 hours I could walk down the street and smell the smokers!, couldn't believe it happened so fast. Ive found an amazing juice, by t juice called green steam (a blend of blueberry and black cherry) and I think that has played a massive part at finally getting off the stinkies.

Good luck bro! By the way, if you're still looking for 'the one' juice, maybe try giving lemon meringue from enjuice a try. I was looking around and have a huge collection of liquids i no longer touch as I fell inlove with the lemon meringue @ 18mg - not instantly, but the 2nd time i filled my tank i was hooked!

Hang in there, you'll certainly need some willpower, took me a little under two weeks to quit the roll ups, first week I averaged 5 a day, the second week I had two in total, quit altogether and chucked what little tobacco I had and filters in the bin, was a lot easier than I though it would be, missed the first cig in the morning for just over a week, but so far I'm over the worse.
