My nexus 5 tracking in the uk via DPD free next day delivery shown me how many orders was being delivered before mine and a ETA and shown me the location via GPS all tracked delivery should be like this in this day n age.

All depends on the total value inc postage but you will get £8 fee just for handling then import tax/fees. EDIT about £15-16 Per mod total handling plus fees etc.
