Drop it in some hot water and leave it a few minutes then try again with rubber gloves, if that doesn't work put it in the freezer for a hour then try again

Thanks I will give that a shot. I got it from IdealVape, but after speaking to Jon, he did say that all he parts should be there so will double check when I get home tonight.
