I peeped a YouTube video a while back but I can't seen to find it on my mobile - basically it's just stripping the button back and cleaning the fuck out of it - or something along those lines

Thanks Kin252, I found myself with a hot firing button and followed that fix. No probs at all, 5 minute job.

Absolutely love this mod. So gutted that I missed it at kernow and then missed it on the classies.. If you ever get fed up of it I'll happily swap my torched nemi for it... :-)

I've sorted out the arcing issue but still have a slightly warmer than usual button - how much did you sand the delrin down and did you use any Vaseline? Oh err mrs etc

Just a dab of vaseline mate. Sanded the delrin down a pretty small amount, tough to say how much exactly.
It's behaving itself nicely now,

It's now working like a dream - sanded the delrin down a fair bit and the throw is minimal and still doesn't fire under its own weight - Vaseline seems to of done the trick
