I can just about squeeze a work day out of 2000mah if I go steady.
Yep 1800mah would do me for the evening.

Make an even bigger Dual 18650 model for the power hungry?

Pretty disappointed with my new FT black chi clone. Looks nice enough and I like the reverse threaded switch but the voltage drop is horrendous. Tested a 0.9v drop with a 1.6ohm coil!!
Sanded down the threads a little and got it down to 0.5v drop, I'll do the rest tomorrow and see what's what.
The biggest drag is that the flat stealth cap doesn't fit. Balls.

yeah, the topcap thing is the biggest let down for me. Took some more paint off those threads and got the voltage drop down to 0.2v which is perfectly acceptable. Don't like that chi style topcap though, so it'll probably find it's way onto ebay.

Got to agree with you those flat tops really make the Chi look good

Speaking of monsters, I witnessed the Congestus in action at the LSE meet. Stacked 26650s. Made a dripper glow red hot after firing for less than a second, and caught fire, twice. I quite fancied one, until that point. Not the most practical of devices, I'd say.
