Hello all, I am a complete noob to this vaping
mullarkey but have been a smoker for 25 years
now and need to break the habit.

looking at getting one of the ego blister pack
jobs for a try and see how I go and have a question
about juice.

What strength and what flavour would you recommend for a
first timer?

Hi and welcome to the planet flavour is down to personal preference as for strength I used to smoke 40 plus a day and started on 24mg I have now cut down to 18mg

Hello there, Nice to meet you Mate!!! I started on 24mg and then came down to 18mg, I did try a lower nic recently but it didn't last long!!! I'd go for something a little more advanced than a blister pack kit though if I were you, even if it's only an Evod kit. Your better spending a little more on something reliable than wasting money on cheap stuff that's going to leak and not give you much of a performance because you'll just get pissed off and either go back on the fags or have to fork out for something better anyway!!! just my thoughts but your free to make up your own mind!!!

Cheers for the responses guys. I was going with the cheap option
merely to see if it would be something I could get along with
without splashing the cash then finding out its not for me.

As a guide to my current smoking I am on around 20 a day
of hand rolled golden Virginia so am thinking from a lot of
reading 18mg would be a good start.

Hello mate and welcome to the planet I agree with getting a better kit than the blister pack one as in a word they are shit just spend a little bit more to get a very good starter kit that will give you more of a chance of staying away from the fags for good have a look at the Evod starter kits from myepack very well known and trusted site on here with great service and in the beginning stick with 24mg juice and see how you go but as for flavours you will really have to make the choice yourself mate as everyone has different taste likes and dislikes I am sure with all the variety on here you will find a few that suits you anyway keep us updated how you get on and good luck.

I agree with comments about getting better bit of kit. Wish I had started with a variable voltage battery and a Naturevape Mini Pro. i would have saved a lot of cash. As stated, choosing e-liquid is a personal preference. The one which converted me after over 50 years smoking was House of Liquid Cigarrillos. Have a look at their web site. Also, Manabush are very good. I`ve tried other liquids reviewed on here. Some are good and some are terrible. As we say, it`s all personal taste. Good luck !!!

Hello raptorman if your near Lisburn there's a b and m shop called e cigerette club, there is another member on here who could tell you more about it,jp cfc I think his name is. Pop in there and they will sort you out juice ect. If your looking a cheap battery I would pay a bit extra and get a vv one like ego twist or vision spinner that way if you want to get a tank later you can. Go for it you won't regret it
