I don't have the iTaste vv but as long as it has both an eGo (the outside threading that the iClear 16 fits) & 510 threading (inside threading for most others) which it probably has then should be no problem, when you first get any clearo it is always best to remove the coil head then reinsert it making sure it is finger tight, they are sometimes not put in very well, other than that it should work just like the iClear 16. If not then look at this video
