Yes - the Zenith tank uses 1.6 ohm coils at low wattage, as does the Aspire Zelos kit. A lot of people on here also rate Jac Vapour, not used them myself. You set the wattage yourself on the mod. The Rofvape you linked - the tank wouldn't be much good at low watts, but you could put your Aspire tank on the mod, and use that for much better battery life.

Edit: If something is sold as, e.g. Rofvape Mist 60w - the 60w is the maximum watts the device is capable of. You usually set it to whatever watts suits the coil in the tank.
