Help using pre built coils

No worries as @oldhippydude said its a lot easier to manipulate your coils with the legs still on. Good luck you're on the right track

Right got some snippers and have tidied everything up to the best I can do how's it look? Also can't get resistance to go over 0.15ohm that's what it seems to settle at :/

Premades won't always come in at exactly the ohms you bought them at positioning is OK you could fanny on with it a bit more getting everything perfect but as its your 1st go you must be gagging to fire it up so personally I'd get it wicked up juiced up and vaping one thing I would say is you won't need that much airflow.... Or not as much as you might think I'd go with just the slots open about 1.5mm and keep the holes closed at first. You will still be blowing massive clouds and be getting all the flavour with everything wide open you could breath underwater with it

I was hoping someone would say it wouldn't necessarily hit exactly 0.2ohm as I've tried everything I can to position them right. With the barrel on its 0.15ohm it's firing and there's a nice glow so I suppose it's time to wick and see if it's all good. Thanks for your help

Cotton ok? Too much or too little or is it about right sorry just wanna make sure I'm getting things right all part of learning I guess

Keep those coils soaked well, the outer is a long way from the cotton and will soon burn dry, having no contact with the juice and doing very little other than give you a hot vape. Nowt wrong with em, just make sure you're not getting hotter than need be.

Looks OK as long as its not too tight in the coil also I'd stick my screwdriver under the coils and clear a path for the air you look to have a bit too much cotton in the way just use your screwdriver to push it off to one side so you've a nice tunnel under there

Took your advice on board and moved cotton a little tunnel is nice and I've soaked with juice and by God somehow with cotton and juice it's now hit 0.19ohm so as close as can be. Fired up and OMG the flavour is awesome and the clouds are just nuts thanks ever so much for yours and everyone else's help. Hopefully I'll get better every time I do it

Looks good the resistance is likely to rise after you wick and juice your coils as long as the resistance stays the same with the barrel on you should be good to go :-)
