Hi all Im a newbie and new to vaping, been reading lots of useful posts on here and other sites which is helping but Im really struggling with my vaping journey I brought my vaping kit a month ago and cut down cigs alot but then found myself smoking more again most people say they get to the stage were they prefer vaping but for me whilst I still had cigs they would always win so I decided to make myself not buy anymore no matter how hard it got its been over a week now without cigs but im still missing them every second of everyday and the vaping is helping but I think my problem is I have such plain taste buds I have never drunk fruity juices I dont really like desserts so all those flavours didnt work for me I even found a lot of the tobaccoo flavours to sweet.
All I drink is tea all day long but you cant get an E-liquid that tastes like yorkshire tea lol currently im using an E-liquid thats suppose to be like sterling cigs but it dosent taste anything like them theres hardley any taste to it all but it seems to be working better for me Think I will stick with this e-Liquid for awhile.
I think everyone is different some people take to vaping straightaway other will dual for awhile and that helps them quit but for me doing both will not work so I just have to makesure no matter what I dont buy any cigs Any advice on E-liquids would be great I know everyones tastes are different but just wondered if theres anyone else that was struggling to find an e-liquid that they really liked and what worked for them.

congrats on the switch to vaping, all the tobacco style juices wont taste like the real thing, its all about finding what suits you at the start, and the right nic level to stop the cig cravings

depending on your set up , will depend on what juices as some are thicker than others (based on a high vg content), if theres any type of flavours that you like theres bound to be similar tasting liquid out there, pretty much anything you can think of

Im using aspire zelos 50 watt with the aspire nautlius 2 and I also brought an ego AIO which I love for when im out as it dosent leak like the nautlius 2.
Im using 12mg I did try higher but found it was too much of a harsh throat hit.
I think once I find a flavour I love I will start to love vaping.
I do like coffee so that could be one that I could try and I just came across a peanut butter e-liquid love peanut butter think I might order that one
I have spent so much money on e-liquids trying to find one that I really like but I know in the end it will pay off

nice choice of kit there, the aspire products are well regarded , at the moment there are so many sales going on to the regs that come in fully on the 20th May, some liquids that are available now wont be after that date, take a look a places like vapeclub or redjuice who do a massive range of different companies and flavours

Hello and welcome,
Well done on going a full week without a cig. Ifound it hard to find kit and juice that i liked when i first started three years ago. It was a different world back then for vaping. With not as much choice as day. I have to say that over the years my tastes have also changed. I use to hate fruity liquid but now i don't mind it as much. I'm also willing try try things that i never thought i would have.

Just to add,
If you buy any liquid and it turns out that you do not like it. Please don't bin it. Put it to one side with any others that you don't like. Your tastes might change over time so its worth giving it another go. also one you have made 100 posts on here you can use the for sale,wanted and swap area on the forum, You can then swop your unwanted liquid with anther person to try something different.

Welcome to POTV. The hardest part is finding liquids which suit you. I vape 12mg 50/50 or 60/40. For real tobacco taste it`s hard to beat House of Liquid. I don`t vape these much at all these days but their Cigarillos is very good. For a tobacco mix there is Manabush. I mainly vape custards or coffees. As you like coffee try :-
Aerovape Coffee Hazlenut Cake
PF Vapes Karma Frappe
Volcano Ecigs Kona Coffee
Epic Juice Wake n Vape
Fasttech stock the Liqua coffee which isn`t bad. You have to wait for delivery but at $4.50 for 30ml it`s worth it.
House of Liquid used to do the best coffee but discontinued it. They now do a coffee/tobacco mix. I haven`t tried it but might be worth giving it a go.

Hi and well done on a week cig free! I was the same as you, I dual vaped/smoked but I did that for about 5 months. It came to a point where I just couldn't afford to do both so I picked vaping and it's been over 6 weeks without a cig now
With the ejuice, is it just that you don't find the flavours strong enough, or that you can't fine one that you like?

I too don't like dessert liquid and the tobacco stuff made me feel sick. So, even though I was never a fan of menthol fags I tried menthol liquids. Now I rarely vape anything else.
