Hi all. Complete noob here. Been a a smoker for 25 years 20+ a day. Docs told me to stop. I tried a cheapo vype sticklast year. No good. I went straight to my nearest vape shop and bought a arc Pico after reading a few good reviews. And a chat with the chap in store. Totally wicked in Hastings town center. . WOW not had a real smoke in 5 days and not missing it either. Been to a few other other shops and tbh getting totally lost with all the different mods tanks etc. Tried a few different liquids and have decided they vary infinately from different suppliers/shops even though same flavours etc. Looking forward to reading some posts and getting help and advice when needed. congratz on the 5 days. another week or two and you will be detoxed from all the shite from the cigs and it will then get easier.

as said above, have a read of the stickies which has lots of great info. bookmark my thread with recommended suppliers where you will find hundreds of great vendors (you will notice totally wicked is not on there but thats another story).
you can find all the hardware suppliers on post 5 and its always worth searching a few as prices do vary a lot.
good luck on your journey but watch out for the dreaded shinyitus where you will end up with an empty wallet

I actually bought a 2nd Pico yesterday just incase I broke the 1st one.. I'm already looking for something a bit more special to spend some pennies on for my 40th in a few weeks [emoji23][emoji16][emoji6]

Hi I am a newbie as well it is crazy how you can get lost in all the different mods and tanks - At least its not as expensive as smoking though

The mind demons of wanting a smoke lasted a while for me when they would hit me but just keep vaping when and if it hits you again.
