Most mods that vapers buy are regulated, they have chips in them that make sure everything is safe etc, mech mods have no safety features so your taking more risk imo

Okay for anyone who has bought off https://www.3avape.com/ I'm looking at the shipping options as have just added a couple of batteries to the cart, I'm pretty confused though as several of them state "E-liquid & lithium battery are not allowed." or "Can Not carry lithium battery alone." what does this mean because Vape batteries are Lithium Ion aren't they? Why are options being listed for shipping where you can't ship batteries? Which option is best for shipping to UK?

If it's built in battery use Epacket. The battery limitations normally refer to loose cells not fitted into a mod. I've had in built battery mods sent via Epacket with no issues.

Sorry to clarify, I meant I added the Ijoy Katana Mods to the shipping cart on the https://www.3avape.com/ website, not the internal batteries to put in mods- as the Ijoy has a built in battery.

The shipping options are pretty confusing.

@nwhornet yes that's the answer I was looking for thanks. I didn't know if it was referring to devices of any time with batteries built in or otherwise, it would be a bit odd. Are the two other options listed before the Epacket option fine to ship as well you think?

As far as I know if the battery is built in and not removable they are allowed, just not seperate batteries.
Ive only bought external battery mods from chinese vendors before, batteries I buy seperately from fogstar.
I know some members bought the katana mods before from either 3avape or everzon. @Richard Winter can you advise please
