Welcome to the forum, I'm quite new myself but can say they are a friendly bunch here and a good laugh with it..
I'm a seriously heavy vapor and found it's a matter of finding the right nicotine level, it seems a lot of people start quite high as 18 and 24 seems to come with a lot of the starter kits, I just ordered 8-12 and have a mix ready for the nights I'm working at the PC and really hitting it hard, simple way for me was to get my favourite flavour in a low strength and mix in a bit of the same flavour on 0% nicotine. that allows me to chain vape into the small hours without a buzz or headache, plus get to sleep when I want...
That's my weird and wonderful solution but you will find what works for you...
