how do you feel about masks

I see that as the main problem mate. Whatever anyone thinks about corona there is good scientific evidence that in enclosed spaces masks can reduce transmission of respiratory viruses and possibly reduce the viral load if you are infected but only if everyone is wearing one in said enclosed space.

I wouldn't force anyone to do anything but I do think a couple of the main supermarkets should come out and say they are putting on security who won't let anyone in without a mask. Then people who want to wear them and want those around them to wear them can go there and word will get around where it isn't enforced and everyone is happy.

Would be a good experiment as well seeing how that worked out

I understand your reasoning but not sure that would go down to well. You'll get people pulling the discrimination card. I've just heard on the news that you are not allowed to challenge anyone who doesn't wear a covering. If that's the case whats to stop anyone just saying fuck it I don't want to wear one. The police are the only ones that can demand proof of exemption and I don't think many shops are going to be willing to call them.

It's not a big deal, if people can wear one they just should. I'm in Glasgow and most people have then here where they're supposed to.

Only thing I know for sure right now is that its going to be one big shit show until we get to late autumn start of winter then who knows what will happen

A friend has been making them and I asked her to do some for when I do go out. I've put one in my handbag and the other in my shopping bag.

Having tried my new ones, they are a load better than the ones I had to wear as a dental nurse. Nice fit too.
