How hot should your device get?

Blimey, how busy is this thread?
I like my cucumbers picked while they are still young and tender but they tend to be a tad prickly ;) Even better pickled! I have a jar of pickled baby cucumbers that I hope to keep for Xmas but I keep trying them to see if they are hot enough or need more chilli flakes, mustard seeds or black peppercorns. They are pretty potent already. I still have a few more babies appearing on the plants in my greenhouse.

I seem to be vaping loads in the evening. That's when I notice the heat coming off of it the most. It's all trial and error for me still. Will try a higher nic juice and see if that helps.

Cucumbers the fruit of choice for many things, peel them so they are nice and slippery, (the peel is bitter) and use them to garnish your Hendricks & Tonic. Ice optional.

If you want to up your nic intake a touch then I'd recommend investing in a new clearomiser and a couple of clearomiser heads to go with.

I'd go with either a vision vivi nova 2ml clearo (about a tenner) and some 1.8ohm heads, or I'd go with a couple of Evods, also with 1.8ohm heads (If I recall correctly you have a standard eGo without the Variable voltage)

If you're looking for bang for your buck money is better spent on atomisers than mods to up the vape quality. If you want to get a mod then a vamo/Zmax/SVD/SID is possibly the best way forwards, though if you like things long and slender and are not a fan of girth then grab a eGo Twist/Spinner/Winder (joyetech/vision/smokTech) or an Itaste VV.

The lower ohm atomiser heads will up the power level getting to the coil wchich will vaporise a little more of the nicotine in the e-liquid so it gets into your system, a VV device will help you to get the same result and you'll get a little more flavour and vapour into the bargain.

If you find yourself chain vaping then upping the nic level of the e-liquid one step is also a good idea.

Yep, I have a standard ego, no VV, and a kanger protank mini. Am a bit concerned about plastic tanks though (that I have with the ego) as I am trying out many different juices at the mo and don't know which ones to avoid putting in the plastic tank. Love the metal tip of the protank and the airy vapour too.
Thanks for your input. :)

Noooooooooooooooooooooo!! Don't advise me to buy more vape gear!!

...ok, so what would you suggest as a first mod? See, you didn't even have to talk me into buying more vape gear. I'm so easily led ;)
Now 4 months in and last month I went for a Sigelei v3 telescopic and so far I am more than happy with it. The menu is easy to pick up and it looks good. I was quite a heavy smoker(30+ a day) and seem to have settled on 18mg juices as my strength of preference. Also your not the only one who would spend, spend spend on vaping if they could! LOL... Good luck with your choices.

I have had a look at a Sigelei Zmax (amongst others). They all look a bit complex at the mo. Will give it more time. No rush.

10 minutes with the zmax and you'll have it sussed. They are an awesome mod. Mine goes everywhere with me. It's on tour in Turkey at the moment.

CHILLY FLAKES, Grow them next to the cucumbers. Fresh chilly, in blender, into pickle jar, awesome.

(Note: toilet roll must be in fridge to try this.)

Blender before pickling? Doesn't that just create a mushy mess? Looks like mine will be another week or two before they're ready to pick.

I had an awesome harvest of chillies last year but this year they are doing nowt. Not even flowering. Cucumbers seem to be my thing this year...along with tomatoes.
