How long do you Vape for on one sitting?

thats the one thing ive always found the difficult part with vaping.. cut off point or finalization.
after a meal you would light up a cig, smoke it, put it out. and it would conclude the whole meal and after meal experience.
with vaping its far more continuous. I get up around 7.30am, and probably being a night owl generally go to bed around 1am. between those hours my ecig is always at hand and i rarely go longer than 5-10 mins between having a few vapes. its almost like habit now.. sit down have a vape, opena web page, have a vape, take a swig of coffee have a vape, shout at the kids have a vape. probably more now in fact since im using a dripper and some of the juices i have are only 6mg as opposed to my usual 18mg so i feel like im contstantly dripping a few drops, vaping it until i start to feel a dry hit then dripping again sometimes switching between 5 or 6 flavours or even mixing a couple together in drips ( apple and strawberry menthol went together nicely! )
even now while typing this ive stopped, picked up my mech and had a couple of toots on it.
no idea what my intake level is now as generally i used to vape around 3-5ml a day but with dripping its hard to tell.
only advice, just go with the flow of it.. when you feel the urge for a vape have a few toots, put it down and come back again 2 mins, 5 mins, 10 mins half hour or longer later, whatever feels good for you

I find it hard in the mornings

Being at home on the sick for a few months, I am what you might call constantly vaping, although the times can vary quite dramaticaly between using it and not.

When to stop using it was one of the things that confused me when I started vaping too. There's a natural conclusion to a cigarette. You light it, you suck it a few times and then it runs out and you stop.

You get used to it really. Your brain is really *really* good at knowing when it's had enough of something. The fancy name is 'self titration' and basically it doesn't matter what strength nicotine you use how much you used to smoke or any of that. Your brain knows when it's satisfied and you end up vaping enough to hit and maintain your own level of satisfaction.

Today I use low strength liquid and I have a mod within arms reach and I just pick it up and use it if I feel like it. If I have a new juice I'm really liking then that'll be more often, if I'm super busy working then it's less often.

If you vape too much you'll get a nic headache. Which is one of the first signs that you've vaped too much and happens long before other bad things happen, so it's pretty difficult to overdose just from vaping even though the nicotine uptake is a little slower compared to cigarettes (minutes vs seconds)

Just vape whenever you feel like it. Some people prefer higher nic juice and little 'session' some people go with lower strength and vape pretty much all day, there isn't a wrong way to do it.

Evening everybody. Only been vaping 9 days now with the ecigalikes. Now today I started vaping on my new Ego mega dual coil cartomiser for the first time. Absolutely MASSIVE clouds of smoke and I didn't want to be inhaling too much vaper. So How Long do you vape for each time? At one vaping session? Can you vape too much, is this possible? Just wanted to ask as my tobacco cigarettes used to last for about 10-15 minutes each smoke, but I wouldn't know how to compare the two while vaping on this thing. MASSIVE clouds of smoke which I'm not used to and was wondering how I could avoid overdoing it? Thanks in advance. Cheers.

It would appear that I have an invisible bungee cord attached to my eyelids and my current vaping device. As soon as I open my eyes, the cord snaps and throws the device into my hand and it pretty much stays there until I close my eyes again at night to sleep.

Seriously though, you'll know if your overdoing it because you'll get a nicotine headache and maybe feel a bit nauseous.

If you find your self feeling a bit sickly but still feel like you want to have more of the hand to mouth action, try dropping your nic levels so that you can vape more often/longer without feeling sickly.

WELL Thanks a lot people for all the great advice here, guess it's just vaping how and when you feel like it. I've been getting some eliquids from www.smokshop.com anybody know if this is a good quality vendor? Based in Norfolk UK. Been vaping their gingerbread eliquid which is well nice. Thanks to you people here I'm looking into vendors also from POTV marketplace, and ordered some eliquids the other night. Thanks again to all above for info.

That's so true what you said a few times here - when you a put a cigarette out that's the end of it! With vaping it seems to be infinite...

When I smoked,I would easily roll another, light it & only realise I'd just had one when I went to flick the ash off & see the previous one still smouldering(roll-ups go out quickly)Now I'm vaping,I wake up & start & will continuously vape until I go to bed, unless I find something to occupy me(such as the re-wire of my battery box)which ended up taking over 4 hours & as it was in bits, unable to vape but I didn't turn into an utterly psychotic bastard like I usually do when I can't sate my nicotine craving.Half the battle for me was finding what strength nic I needed, once I'd settled on 18 mg & had a bottle of 24 mg for the odd occasion when I needed a boost I quit the stinkies totally.

I vape much more than I ever smoked. I've found then I've had enough nic when I get a headache ;)
