I've just done a count. 70. So you're beating me.

Only about half of them are in regular use though.
The others are kept just in case as I can't seem to throw anything away.

I have 16 set ups on the go. (Lined up on my PC table in 2 neat rows with a bottle of juice next to each set up) most take 3 batteries, some take 4 batteries. So most of mine are in regular use.

I was like that too, but I've forced myself to put most away. I now have 7 set ups in front of me. 3 X 3 batts, 3 x 2 batts and a single batt mod. I also have a strong menthol set up that I use every so often to stop vapours tongue.
I should really sell the rest as there are some good mods gathering dust, but I can't seem to let anything go!

22 18650s: VCT6s and HG2s used on rotation, all from Torchy.

3 set ups in daily use are a G Class and a pair of Q Minis, the other 2 mods are rarely used these days.
